A page from Seasons and Crystals

paragon of poise,
image of Mother Nature
breathing restfulness.

***

clasping trees glimmer
in the misty morning breeze
a glorious sight.

***

Mother Nature’s shears
protect one and all alike
with serene blessings.

***

joyous moments pause,
memories peep from the seats
little reminders.

***

drenched in divine,
we walk through the paths of life
an exquisite joy.

***

a dreamy silence
envelops the land of love
love lores imbue it.

mirth drenched moments
that could never lose luster
dainty daffodils
pour passion with the dew of
eternal togetherness.

***

moments cling to me
walls swallow echoes of past
spring whispers linger
ticking clock reminds me of
the time’s tyranny.

***

memories numb me
swallowed by the tide of time.
I study each wave
and step into the glum hours
to slide on the silky edges.

I sit
in the bubbles
some blessings come like that
I dive into the bright colors,
to choose
the one that matches your love for me
and calmly watch the joy
that glistens on
your face.

***

Surfing
enhances the fun,
summer heat dissipates
just like the illusionary
colors
that bestow bubbly enchantment
so many rainbows dance
A healing touch –
freedom!

Silence sleeps
shadows wait
behind sheers

soft glow peeps
dawn beckons
bestows cheer

lovely day
calm morning
promises glee

another
city, new
adventure

old friends meet
to renew
memories

sparks renew
forgotten,
past yearnings.

Thanks to Colleen and Willow for the inspiration to write syllabic poetry and try a new form. The challenge this week is “to write a Tricube poem in as many multiples of three-line stanzas as you wish. Please pick your moment and write about your feelings. A word of advice don’t overthink the moment let your words flow.”

A tricube is a 3-line, 3-stanza poem where each line contains exactly 3 syllables.

A special thanks to Sadje for #Whatdoyousee photo prompt -336.

A Unique Bond

Reliable,
a touch that lingers
a grip
of love
moments of delight
treasure that bond.

***

A mute kinship,
snug affinity
breathing,
cuddling –
a profound message
to remember.

Thanks to Colleen and Melissa for the inspiration to write syllabic poetry. The challenge this week is to write a Hautt, which is:
unrhymed.
content driven; it pursues “wisdom and eternal truth”;
a hexastich, a poem in six lines;
syllabic, 4-5-2-2-5-4 syllables per line.

I have tried to write two of them, with the same theme.

Many thanks to Sadje for a beautiful image for #Whatdoyousee prompt – 333.
