Moon Magic

Mesmerized by the
sublime glory of the sky
of today’s moonlight,
the dark crevices of my heart
embraced the magic of hope.

“We ran as if to meet the moon.” –Robert Frost

He told us about
the first fragrance of seasons,
the soaring spirits,
the lovers who pine alone,
how blissful is solitude!

  1. Oh, Balroop, what a soul-intimate poem–absolutely beautiful. “Lovers who pine alone” — four words, but it reveals a story. ❤️

  2. A poem full of hope and peace received through the magic of the moon. A beautiful, clear photograph of the moon. It’s so dark and yet there is light in the sky.
